Consortium Meeting in Munich, Germany
Date: March 31st – April 1st



On March 31st and April 1st, REGENERAR partners gathered at the Biomedical Center (BMC), Physiological Genomics, Faculty of Medicine, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München for a productive and insightful consortium meeting.
On day one, the consortium gathered with the Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) to hold internal discussions, evaluate the project’s developments, and coordinate on the forthcoming steps to propel innovation.
On day two, the consortium came together again to review recent advancements and plan the next phases, setting the course for continued project success in the coming months.
Key highlights from the meeting:
– Professor Lino Ferreira, the project coordinator, provided a technical overview, discussing key outcomes and the advantages of the research.
– Dr. Stefan Stricker (Helmholtz Munich) contributed with insights on cellular reprogramming.
– Eunice Costa (Hovione) shed light on the development of formulations with defined safety and efficacy profiles.
– Miriam Kryjewska (Fraunhofer ITEM) discussed strategies to evaluate the toxicity of nanoformulations.
– Xiang Jiao (Single Technologies) presented the latest technological advancements in spatial transcriptomics.
We believe this meeting was a crucial step in the project and will significantly contribute to successfully managing its progress.
